AYNS Educational and Charitable Trust are formed for any Education and learning, including the establishment, training, examinations, maintenance and support of educational institutions, professorships, lectureships, scholarships, prizes and otherwise for the advancement of education. For the purpose of the relief of the poor including the establishment, maintenance and support of institutions or funds for the relief of any form of property.

In giving medical relief including the establishment, maintenance and support of institutions or funds for medical relief such as hospitals, dispensaries, health units and clinics. Grant or contributions for or towards the promotion of the welfare of orphans and poor children by means of advice or assistance to poor mothers or poor widows or expectant mothers irrespective of caste or creed.

Promotion of health of poor, distressed, affiliated and mentally, physically or psychologically handicapped persons irrespective of caste or creed by provisions of medical, surgical and other remedial assistance, including the supply of spectacles and other medical, surgical or remedial appliances and for this purpose to start, establish conduct, maintain and manage dispensaries, hospitals, medical centers, diagnostic centers or other medical or aftercare institutions.
